ARP cache is not updated in time #20

The ARP cache seems not updated - if the guest getting the same IP as previous one but with different MAC - Fish can't find it and only able to deal with it after restart.

Expected Behaviour

Need to run auto update of ARP cache

Actual Behaviour

Cache is not updated
