To make debugging easier log lib was prepared and all the logs was migrated to it, added simple release mechanism and fixed a couple of issues.

Now logs are structured by debug/info/warn/error and could be filtered or displayed without timestamp.
The build script now detects the version and embed it into binary to properly detect the codebase state during debugging process.
AWS: now properly detects the quotas - previously used default quotas which is baaad.
