hydrates flag #26

I notice you pass a hydrates:true flag to app creation, but this is not supported by the API. Is it just future proofing the extension?

Actually, I was trying to get it working, thinking that it was perhaps undocumented. It wasn't, but it didn't break anything so I left it in.

I've filed a bug against the PhoneGap Build API: https://github.com/phonegap/build/issues/35

Perfect - it certainly should be available through the API.
