Update index.html better on mobile #167

I've worked on the headers a lot, now they are very customized, with colored headers on Chrome. The Windows 10 icons are now customized. Also, it is now a Chrome Mobile app (pinnable) also a Safari Web App.

For the admins on the project, please create a very high res image and replace the favicon.ico

I don't really think one would pin the Brackets homepage to his homescreen. I mean, it's just a site describing a desktop code editor, where there's little interaction possible.

There is no big value to the majority of users, but it doesn't hurt anybody either. I couldn't test the Chrome mobile app, since I don't have an Android phone anymore and on my iPhone it doesn't do what's described here. @ZakariaRidouh would you mind opening a new issue to address the high res image for the favicon.ico.

While it doesn't hurt the user, I don't think this is really worth. And I'm not really happy with the use of vendor specific meta tag names.

Plus you should sign http://dev.brackets.io/brackets-contributor-license-agreement.html and close correctly the meta tag about apple-mobile-web-app-status-bar-style.

@ficristo now that I look at it, it actually doesnt look worth it. Ill close the issue 😄
