Touch Screen Support #11918

Having a touch screen on a laptop allows me to touch things without out having to mess with the mouse. However, with brackets, whenever I touch on the files panel, instead of opening the file I touched on, it brings up the on-screen keyboard. Please make Brackets touch-friendly.
