Animation panel #12432

Feature Suggestion: Animation panel to help create and edit css animations, filters, timing functions, keyframes, bézier curves, etc. A lot of prototype apps have these to create motion graphics. It would be a great way to provide those specs similar to how you are allowing for layout values via psd.
