Extract is not supported anymore within Brackets. http://blog.brackets.io/2016/04/14/update-about-extract-for-brackets-preview/
Dupe of https://github.com/adobe/brackets/issues/12906 and https://github.com/adobe/brackets/issues/12899
Leaving open for now to let other users see this.
I like this feature, but now gone, now no longer want to use brackets
Without this feature, brackets does not need anyone. Adobe can't monetize this and won't support.
Hi,
I have read that your plugin Extract for Brackets isn't available anymore due to Adobe former decision here : https://blogs.adobe.com/creativecloud/update-for-extract-in-creative-cloud-assets-and-brackets/ But as you can see (or maybe you didn't....) there was an update : "8/3 Update: We are happy to announce that Extract in Creative Cloud Assets is back online. Thanks to all our customers who gave us valuable feedback about Extract’s benefits for designer to developer workflows."
So, If Adobe put it back online, why is it still not available on Brackets ? Did you know about the update ? I and I think many front-end developers need this awesome tool for their work.
@Zebug continue reading post from you link. Most important:
In order to focus our resources on Extract integration where they are most beneficial, we are discontinuing access to the service from our website and Brackets extension.
That's mean they focus on integration Extract to Photoshop and Dreamweaver (can't undestand this hell in 2017).
This is the end of open source good feature from Adobe Corporation that give Brackets development team do most exciting product in the world history. Thank you Brackets for good days with you and good bye.
