[Brackets auto-update Windows] Update notification button works only once and then stops working if user is not connected to internet. #14134

Description

Update notification button works only once and then stops working if user is not connected to internet.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch brackets 1.13.
  2. Disconnect internet.
  3. Click on Update Notification Button.
  4. Error dialogue appears asking user to connect to internet.
  5. Click on OK.
  6. Again click on Update Notification Dialogue.
  7. The button does not work.

Expected behavior: A message should be given to user stating "Close all the instances of Brackets to begin updating Brackets".

Actual behavior: Update notification button works only once and then stops working if user is not connected to internet.

Versions

Windows 10 64 Bit Release 1.13 build 1.13.0-17624

This is still reproducible in Release 1.14 build 1.14.0-17639.

This is an already existing issue, and is reproducible with the existing builds(1.12) as well. As this is not an Auto Update feature specific issue, and is an EPV, please log it under general bugs, and mark as an EPV. @ayushrathi15
