Dilato: [I18N]: Mac 10.12 only: EPV: the file renamed with special characters will disappear in Brackets. #14268

Problem: the file renamed with special characters will disappear in Brackets.

Test device: Mac 10.12 Test build: 1.13

Method:

  1. Launch Brackets 1.13.
  2. Drag and drop a supported file with normal name to brackets.
  3. Rename the file with special characters. such as: “郎(Unicode: U+F92C)",“凉(Unicode: U+F979)”, “秊(Unicode: U+F995)”, “裏(Unicode: U+F9E7)”, “隣(Unicode: F9F1) ”, “兀(Unicode: U+FA0C)”, “嗀(Unicode: U+FA0D)”, “礼(Unicode: U+FA18)”.
  4. Right click the mouse and refresh file tree.
  5. Observe.

Result: The file renamed with special characters will disappear in Brackets. Expected: The file renamed with special characters should be displayed in Brackets normally.

Verified this issue is also reproed in build 1.12.
