Extension Manager is Not Loading Extensions #14553

Description

I basically have the same problem as #13730.

Extension manager is not loading. I bring up the extension manager and the little animated loading icon just keeps looping.

Of course, I tried changing language, but to no avail.

I don't see anything inside extension manager, all lists of themes and extensions are black. Tried reinstalling as well - didn't help.

This name of issue has more exact definition than in #13730.

I'm having exactly the same problem with Release 1.14 build 1.14.0-17740 (release 329d08ffc) build timestamp: Fri Apr 26 2019 17:04:50 GMT+0000 Ubuntu 19.04

You can change language settings, from debug menu. Change from system language to another language. This should solve this problem

how load the extension manager thats not worked in ubuntu18.4 so give the solution
