Allow self-hosting da-admin #24

As an owner of a high performance application, I would like to be able to selfhost da-admin at my own domain so that client-side requests do not need another DNS lookup to use da-admin.

Criteria of acceptance

  1. Support all existing features even if the pathname start with /api.
