#99 List Menu and support for Ordered Lists

Description

• Adds supported for ordered lists.
• Adds Tab / Shift Tab support to Indent/Outdent lists
• Adds List dropdown menu that is context aware
• Dropdown menus are now sticky by default
  • pass { sticky: false } in dropdown config to disable.
