After pasting a copied resource, the pasted resource has the link going to the original resource, so opening the copied resource actually opens the original, which is very confusing.
To illustrate I copied a document called overview in the root of my project to a directory called sub2. As you can see in the following screenshot, which is taken with the pointer hovering over the link, the link text in the bottom of the browser points at the original document, whereas it should be pointing at .../sub2/overview:
The problem is resolved after refreshing the window with the pasted resource.
