Hashchange ProseMirror transaction bug #212

With the dashes branch merged and da-y-wrapper updates, I'm noticing there is a transaction error when a hash changes.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://da.live/edit#/aemsites/da-block-collection/drafts/cmillar/demo-one
  2. Type some content (hello world)
  3. Change the hash: https://da.live/edit#/aemsites/da-block-collection/drafts/cmillar/demo-two

Observe that the editor doesn't work any more.
