Add "Save as Copy" option to versions #264

Allows for user to save the version as a copy. Saves to the same folder with the version name appended to the filename.

Some outstanding issues:

How should save confirmation appear? Currently uses an alert.
Should user have option to name the file before save?
Should the date of the version be included? I have plumbing for it but am not using at the moment.
