fix: pageviews chart inconsistencies

No longer excluding most recent one day of data. Horizontal axis now matches data point. Removed en-us locale. Changed the slant of the horizontal axis because the YYYY-MM-DD format is slightly longer and the top and bottom edges lightly cut off but I'd be okay reverting to the original slant if any objection.

Test URLs:

• Before: https://data.aem.live/pageviews-report?url=www.aem.live&domainkey=d77c830d-3ec9-4611-8b86-256346fa7659&startdate=2024-01-17&enddate=2024-02-16
• After: Run on localhost:3000. Need to push a separate fix to prevent a redirect on the branch.
