This PR adds a new option to generate a JCR package so that the page can be imported into AEMaaCS, edited with the Universal Editor and published to Edge Delivery Services.
The code is currently located in several personal GitHub repos. We would like to consolidate it in a branch (html2jcr) of the Importer and Importer UI repos, so that it can easily be used and hardened in VIP projects. Once it has reached broader use and robustness the code can be merged to main to become an integrated part of the Importer.
