fix: attempt to relax the tests by ignoring the image hashes

Should fix the tests - only issue at the moment are the image hashes that vary for unknown reasons.

The only failing test is diff between:

On hlx-6, the youtube embed is there... in order to get it on hlx.page, we need https://github.com/adobe/helix-publish/pull/906, i.e. re-publish helix-pages.

I think we need to disable the smoke test once to make a fresh publish (or publish manually) and things should be back to normal. @tripodsan @trieloff WDYT ?
