Inject font-display: swap in Adobe Fonts impl #318

Currently, hlx_fonts takes a hit due to Adobe Fonts not supporting font-display: swap. As a performance-minded developer, I would like to have support for font-display: swap as part of my font css delivery.

In helix-static we can try patching the CSS file delivered by Adobe Fonts. If that's what you mean, we should move the issue.
