[ContentRequests] Create new query for billable traffic #1083

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. AEM customers are required to pay for traffic at the Edge, based on their Sites / Content Request license. However, customers can use their own CDN (BYOCDN) and are legally obligated to report this traffic back to Adobe.

Describe the solution you'd like AEM customers will have RUM enabled by default. Report billable traffic based on RUM data (PageViews, APICalls, ...) and be able to provide some insights to customers.

Describe alternatives you've considered Rely on reporting of customers in case of BYOCDN.
