Description Blue help dialogs are not displayed in project, Edit, Preview, Publish in Safari browser

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install extension
  2. Add project
  3. Edit document in project
  4. Click on Preview on action bar
  5. Open preview
  6. Click on Publish on action bar
  7. Open published page

Expected behavior Help dialogs are displayed when they are turned on
