RUM Explorer: initial refactoring

This is on top of your yearly PR (to avoid merge conflicts) and is a first attempt at splitting the code up to make it a bit easier to handle

• chore: add yearly view
• chore: remove footer
• chore: main height fix
• refactor(rum-explorer): break data fetching into separate file
• refactor(rum-explorer): move utils and some of the data crunching into a separate file
• refactor(rum-explorer): move (some parts of) cwv timeline chart into separate class
