This is a new visualization that separates page views from CWVs, so that no aggregation is needed any longer

• feat(rum-explorer): support secondary charts, wip
• fix(rum-explorer): hide secondary charts when in solitary mode
• feat(rum-explorer): turn bar chart into skyline chart
• fix(rum-explorer): make tooltip labels less ridiculous
• feat(rum-explorer): use spectrum colors
• fix(rum-explorer): lighter colors
• feat(rum-explorer): pretty gradients, with full spectrum colors
• wip: more things to tweak
