feat(list-facet): allow pasting filter values from the clipboard #552

Some people have lots of values they want to filter https://adobe-dx-support.slack.com/archives/C06AGQKFDAL/p1717622030266739 so I've built the ability to paste values into the filter.

Still needs a pure CSS paste icon.
