Update of changelog #73

Hi!

Is it possible to update the changelog? Current HTL Version is 1.4, but the changelog only contains versions up to 1.2 from march 2016. Right now I have to compare the SPECIFICATION.md versions in git to figure out what changed. It would be nice to have a direct overview in the changelog. That's what it is made for, isn't it?

@s2tobi, you are definitely right that somebody (me) forgot to update the CHANGELOG file. Until I manage to do that, please check out the details from https://github.com/adobe/htl-spec/releases.

Thank you for the hint. :+1: For some reason I did not think about looking at the releases. :/
