Unexepcted "toNumber" behavior on empty strings after the type coercion changes #172

Following expressions return 0:

toNumber("")
toNumber("", 10)

On the other hand these ones return null:

toNumber("", 2)
toNumber("", 8)
toNumber("", 16)
