Crucial Fix: Improve Readme and add hability to run the project two times consecuently #227

Description

I cannot follow clearly the guide and do what is expected, and also I cannot launch the project to times in different moments of the day.

I want more devs to be able to use this amazing tool.

I rewrite the Readme steps and rewrite a bit package.json from ui to allow anyone to dev the site any time I want

We reworked the project and switched to automated releases. As a result this pr is out of date, but I fixed the latest release to correctly work with the getting started documentation

No worries, last time, would be nice to accept PRs instead of copy other's work, have a nice day.

@miguelgargallo sorry if we did something wrong, did we copy something and not give you credit? I'm happy to change the git history to make sure you are included for anything you did.
