Description

Updating Course/Quiz UI in light of the design decisions around Curriculum/Products vs Courses/Projects.

Created a modified version of the SiteMenu component specifically for EDU material. Specifically, this requires:

Nav items are disabled for modules that have not yet been completed
Nav should only include course page paths, nothing else
Have the Complete course/quiz link in Next/Prev go to the homePage
fixed a bug where QuizQuestion component would not properly render child elements like InlineCode

Motivation and Context

Cleaning up some things for Ethos EDU.
