Possibility of selecting text even if there is a rowAction on a Table #7213

Provide a general summary of the feature here

When I have a table with a row action, selecting text in the cells/row is not possible

🤔 Expected Behavior?

It should be possible to select text in a table row when a row action is present

😯 Current Behavior

When a row action is present, selecting text in a row is not possible

💁 Possible Solution

Some sort of long click handling maybe

🔦 Context

Even if there is a row action, it might be useful to be able to copy text from a table
