Node 14 is EOL April 30, 2023 and any plugins/custom logic using ::set-output is EOL in GH Actions May 31, 2023.

upgrade to:

actions/checkout@v3
actions/setup-node@v3
saucelabs/sauce-connect-action@v2

Remove:

actions/cache@v2

use:

Node 16
