Expected Behaviour

Google Data Layer Extension to install and work on Adobe Launch

Actual Behaviour

Google Data Layer Extension do not work on Adobe Launch

Reproduce Scenario (including but not limited to)

1. Go Adobe Launch Extension Catalog
2. Search for Google Data Layer
3. Install
4. Define a dataLayer name
5. Create a data element for testing
6. Check data element value on the console once Adobe Launch library is loaded on the website.

I have tried to get support from Adobe, but email provided around support is not valid anymore (google-data-layer@adobe.com) and Adobe support have refused to support on this topic.

Filipe tested and found that the extension only instantiates the data layer if an associated rule is executed. This should not be the case (it should always load). Fix required
