Need visual regression testing every time got update from a4u #1

Expected Behavior

Need to make sure every time we upgrade from @a4u/a4u-collection-react-spectrum-open-source-color-icons-release, @a4u/a4u-collection-react-spectrum-open-source-release and @a4u/a4u-collection-spectrum-css-release. No breaking change introduced.

Actual Behavior

No testing, not even manual testing.

Browser name/version/os (ie Chrome Version 62.0.3202.94 (Official Build) (64-bit) MacOS)
