Trademark infringement complain from enfappdetex.com

We have an application (All Document Reader & Edit (com.office.documentviewer)) on CH Play that helps users read pdf, word files... When this application was launched, I received a notice that we had infringed the logo copyright from an email ending in enfappdetex.com.

Our app was suspended shortly after, and CH Play requested that the app be returned to us only if the reporter agreed. I don't know if the email enf.adobe.1963251@enfappdetex.com is from Adobe company or not, however I tried to contact Ms. Lindsey Oregon via the above email but did not receive any response, even when I contacted Adobe directly on the website, I have yet to receive a response.

This is a project I just received from a former employee and we made sure to modify everything in the application so as not to violate Adobe's copyright. Please give me suggestions on how Adobe can mediate and contact Google Play to return the app to us. Or if not, please let me know if this email is from your company.
