VRT Audit for Updated Spectrum Tokens

Description

The work to fix deprecated tokens is likely resulting in visually incorrect components. This issue is to record progress on auditing each component visually (with regression testing where possible) to find and fix visual inconsistencies with the current design language and released previously released versions of Spectrum where necessary.
