enable helix devs to see when the homepage is failing with 404s as this is the most prominent content that necessarily must be up

Instead of adding a 4th monitor, can't we reuse the existing API test monitor and add the additional checks there: https://github.com/adobe/theblog-tests/blob/master/monitoring/api_test.js
