Prep hlx3 migration #709

This PR should help bring the main branch to a state where the project can basically run on Helix 3 (independently of code refactoring).

[x] Merge branch master into main
[x] Add hlx3 flag to Sidekick config so it uses Helix Admin API
[x] Remove ESI includes from code (except head.html)
[x] Remove sourceHash in helix-query.yaml
[x] Change media URLs from /hlx_* to (./)media_*
[x] Load fonts directly from typekit

I do not think this is useful since the code will be completely replaced by the code in https://github.com/adobe/business-website.

I know it will be replaced. This PR was merely meant to get the ball rolling and the project up and running on Helix 3. To that end, it contains more than the handful of changes to existing blog code.
