Add torrent by URL

It would be nice to be able to add a torrent by providing an URL to the
torrent instead of a torrent file.

This is how I normally add torrents from the web version and is the sole reason 
for
me to continue to use the web version over this version.

url and magnet would put this software on level up, especially when one purpose 
of it
is not to use dot net coding.

i think these two features should be at least medium priority!
