Arrow missing for resizing columns

--What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Hover your mouse between two headers of the columns

--What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: An arrow pointing left and right, like you see when hovering
above the line between the torrent categories and torrent details.
Instead: cursor is still a pointer

--What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
TRG Version 1.1
Kubuntu 9.04

It is known issue and it is Lazarus bug. Some day it will be fixed by Lazarus 
team...
