Torrent activity labels slightly vague #116

The program should let the user know the status of a torrent in more
precise language.  It would be a good idea to make it read "paused" when
the user has manually halted a torrent (the menu item that accomplishes
this should probably follow suit), and "stalled" when a torrent fizzles out
from lack of peers or so.

Forgot to mention:  This is Ubuntu 9.04 ("Jaunty") with XFCE 4.6.0, using 
TransGUI
v1.1 from your official build.
