Enhancement: connect to multiple daemons #154

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
it would be cool to be able to connect to multiple transmission daemons
from this client.
maybe displaying a list of active daemon connections on the left above the
list of trackers, and the ability to click on the daemon, and see the
torrents on that daemon.
Also, a list of all torrents on all daemons under the 'All' list on the left.
Possibly have a list of connections to replace the connection tab under
options, and have the ability to add, edit and remove these connections,
where adding or editing brings up the current connection options interface.

This is a good idea but mabye the soft has to be fully mature before
implementing
this enhancement ?

that would be wonderful, also total dl/ul speed across all daemons.

My recommendation is to not kill yourself on making TRG "multi-daemon aware"
but rather
to allow multiple instances, and it allow the connectable daemon to be
specified on
commandline.

Yes, I can implement support for multiple instances instead of this. Issue #205.
