Seed ratio speed limit #167

Is there any speed limit setting if the torrent crosses seed ratio point? I 
found only seed ratio option. But I do not know what it does after that? And 
what the bandwidth priority option really does?

A per torrent ratio is very much wanted as well.

I found that after the torrent crosses the seed ratio of the per torrent 
setting it 
pauses but instead if there is any other speed limits then it would be good.

AFAIK there is no such limits in the transmission daemon.

Yes I understood the point. It just pauses when it reaches the seed ratio limit.
