I suppose you have a torrent with no trackers specified...

I have the same situation, everything worked perfect with transmission 1.76. But
after upgrading to the 1.80.3 version I've  got the "List index (0) out of 
bounds"
error message. BTW, it still allows to add torrents.

This has poppped up again on svn versions 608 and 609. Compiled against fpc 
2.4.4-1 and Lazarus 0.9.30-2 on Arch Linux. No crash, just an annoying message 
which doesn't go away with OK button.
