Percentage DONE bad with 1.80.3 version #171

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Execute remote gui with transmission 1.80.3
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The DONE value is not valid.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3.1   Windows Vista SP2

This also was my biggest annoyance. I'm using the Remote GUI 1.31 on a Windows 
XP SP3 
system and Transmission 1.76 as can be seen in the screenshot. The DONE 
percentage 
should be divided by 10 to get the correct value. In the General-tab of a 
torrent 
however, the correct percentage is displayed.
