Proposed download directory doesn't reproduce exactly the parameter defined in settings.json #200

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Have a setting such as "download-dir": "\/volume1\/public\/Download" in
setings.json used from the daemon transmission-daemon (on a NTFS partition
if related to the problem)
2.Open up a torrent with Transmission-GUI installed on a Windows Vista
computer, the "New torrent file appear"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In download directory, it is "/volume1/public/download/" and not
"/volume1/public/Download/" as registered in settings.json

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows Vista
Transmission-Gui 1.3.2

Probably you used "volume1/public/download" some time ago. The program saves
the list
of the last used paths.

In the transmission daemon options you will see the path from setings.json
