Option to Update & Add trackers manually. #78

I am using Transmission 1.51 and Trans-GUI 1.1

Feature Request:

1. Option to Update the Tracker manually. The only workaround now is stop
and start the torrent where the tracker(s) will get updated automatically.

2. Option to ADD trackers manually (if Transmission supports it).

Transmission 1.60 or later allows to update tracker.

I meant Transmission 1.60 supports this feature and it can be implemented in 
GUI...

Still eagerly waiting for this to be implemented. 

Also, can we request a separate tab for trackers? (apart from General, Peers and
Files tabs) So, this way we can find the number of trackers that are available 
and
the working ones.

Currently Transmission only supports reannounce command for torrents.
This command was added in r385.
Other functions are not possible atm...
