v1.1 "Can't assign requested address" on Win2000 with #90

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. try to connect to an external (ie not running on the local machine)
Transmission daemon from Windows 2000

- What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Connection to the daemon is what should happen, instead an errorbox with
the message "Can't assign requested address" pops up. No connection is
(obviously) established.

- What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.1 of Transmission Remote GUI. Operating system is Windows 2000 Server
with Service Pack 4 installed. Transmission is v1.51 build 7970, running
on FreeBSD 6.4-p4 (specifically FreeNAS 0.69.1 Omnius rev 4554 distro)

- Please provide any additional information below.
0.95.beta works flawlessly on the same machine and the same installation
on Transmission. Also 1.1 is working fine on a XP SP3 machine (connecting
to the same external Transmission).
