feat: add @matfire/edge-view-transitions package #67

A neat little package that helps with generating utility classes and styles (as in the value inside the style attribute) for using view transitions with Edge.js

Hey @matfire

Appreciate you putting efforts into the package. But, I struggle to understand why would I need this package when I can simply write the same code in HTML or a CSS file directly.

Since, I myself struggle to find any value in the package, I will not be comfortable recommending it to others in the ecosystem.

So for now, we will have to skip this PR.
