feat: add route model binding documentation #193

I just noticed that there was no reference to this package on the website. It's a pity because at the moment there will be very few people who will discover this package, unless they dig in the github org So I added a dedicated documentation page (basically a copy/paste of the README)

There are a few more packages like lucid-slugify and attachment-lite. Should we document them as well?
