Update for ESPHome 2021.11 #137

Adapted to ➕ add Imrpov _serial ➕ add Entity categories ➕ add network diagnostics ➕ dashboard import. With this version on tag reader will automatically pull the newest updated version of the YAML from Github every 24h https://esphome.io/changelog/2021.10.0.html#dashboard-node-import
