Initial NPC System

Currently, there is no NPC system in the game. The system proposed below will focus on only a few systems that the final product will have. The systems that need to be included for this issue are as follows:

• [x] NPC generation in areas
• [x] NPC dialogue system (Generate lines based on sent queries)
• [x] Interact (speak) with NPCs
• [x] Interact (shop) with NPCs
• [x] NPCs can be saved globally or locally (on a per world or per area basis)

Once these five features are in place, the NPC system will be considered "finished" enough for the playable demo. Further improvements will be added after.
